While the core start dates remain unchanged, a crucial revision PDF was released in the last week of December 2025 to address subject overlaps and competitive exam clashes (like JEE Main). 1. CBSE Revised Schedule: What Changed?

The CBSE recently updated the date sheet for Classes 10 and 12 to optimize the gap between difficult subjects. While the exams still commence on February 17, 2026, specific shifts have been made:

1. Class 10 Update: The exams originally scheduled for March 3, 2026 (including Tibetan, German, and NCC), have been postponed to March 11, 2026.
2. Class 12 Update: The Legal Studies exam, initially on March 3, has been significantly rescheduled to April 10, 2026, to ensure no clash with entrance test registrations.
